Terms and Conditions for german.rainbow Language School

1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions (T&C) apply to all courses and services offered by german.rainbow. By registering for a course or using our services, participants accept these T&C.

2. Courses for Individuals
2.1. Group Size: A group for individuals must have at least 5 participants. If this minimum number is not reached, german.rainbow reserves the right to cancel the course block.

2.2. Cancellation and Refund: If a course is canceled due to insufficient participants, the full course fee will be refunded or, at the participant's request, applied to a later course.

2.3. Course Changes: german.rainbow reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule or instructors and will inform participants in a timely manner.

3. Corporate Courses
3.1. Group Size: For corporate courses, the maximum number of participants is 10. Exceptions are possible by prior arrangement.

3.2. Course Content: The content and focus of corporate courses are individually tailored to the needs of the company.

4. Registration and Payment
4.1. Registration: Registration for our courses can be done through the registration form on our website or in writing via email.

4.2. Payment Terms: Course fees are due within 14 days of receiving the invoice without deductions.

4.3. Payment Methods: Payment is made by bank transfer. Other payment methods can be accepted by arrangement.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal
5.1. Cancellation Policy for Individuals: If a participant cancels up to 14 days before the course starts, the full course fee will be refunded. For cancellations after this period, a fee of 50% of the course fee will be charged.

5.2. Cancellation Policy for Corporate Courses: The cancellation terms for corporate courses are agreed upon individually.

5.3. Withdrawal by german.rainbow: german.rainbow reserves the right to cancel courses for important reasons (e.g., illness of instructors or force majeure). In such cases, the course fees will be fully refunded.

6. Liability
6.1. german.rainbow is not liable for the loss of personal items of participants during courses.

6.2. Participation in courses is at the participant’s own risk. german.rainbow accepts no liability for accidents or damages related to course attendance.

7. Data Protection
7.1. All personal data collected in connection with course registration and participation will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. Should any provision of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

8.2. Changes or additions to these T&C must be in writing.

8.3. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the location of german.rainbow.
